How to Apply for Parwaaz Card Online: Step by Step
Apply for the Parwaaz Card loan on the official PSDF portal at parwaaz.psdf.org.pk. Register as a job holder with your CNIC and a mobile number in your own name, submit your application with your documents and guarantor, then wait for verification. Complete applications are processed within 7–10 working days after verification. The Punjab government says submission, processing and tracking are all digital.
Parwaaz Card application steps
Before you start, have your job offer letter and the documents from the documents required checklist ready, and confirm you meet the eligibility conditions.
- Open the official portal. Type parwaaz.psdf.org.pk into your browser. Do not use links from messages or social media posts.
- Choose Job Holder and register. Use your CNIC and a mobile number registered in your own name. If you receive a verification code, never share it with anyone.
- Fill in the application. Enter your personal and employment details exactly as they appear on your CNIC and offer letter.
- Upload your documents. Add clear scans of every document on the checklist.
- Provide your guarantor. A guarantor is mandatory. Enter the details the portal asks for.
- Submit and track. The portal is also where you follow the progress of your application.
- Wait for verification and approval. After verification, applications are processed within 7–10 working days. Bank of Punjab handles loan appraisal, approval and disbursement.
Job holder or job seeker: which option do I choose?
Choose Job Holder if you already have an offer letter and want the loan. Choose Job Seeker if you are still looking for work abroad. A job seeker can move to job holder after securing an offer. The job seeker guide explains that route.
Stay safe: official portal and fees
This website cannot submit applications for you and never asks for your CNIC, passwords or payments. Job seekers register for free, and OEPs may charge only government-approved fees. If anyone asks for unofficial payment or offers to speed up your approval, stop and call the PSDF helpline at (042) 111 11 PSDF (7733). All official contacts are on the helpline and contact page.
What happens after approval
Funds are released in stages: 20% in cash first, then 20% in cash and 60% through card payment for the air ticket and OEP facilitation charges. The full explanation, with a worked example, is on the loan amount and repayment page.
