Parwaaz Card for OEPs: Registration Rules and Penalties
Only BEOE-licensed Overseas Employment Promoters can register on the Parwaaz Card portal, and registration is free. The details entered must exactly match BEOE records. After verification, OEPs post job demands from their dashboard. Only government-approved fees may be charged. Unauthorised charges or fake job demands lead to suspension, permanent blacklisting and reporting to authorities.
Who can register as an OEP?
Only Overseas Employment Promoters licensed by the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment (BEOE) can register on the Parwaaz Card portal. Registration is free. The information you enter must exactly match your record on the BEOE website, so check spellings, licence details and contact information before you submit.
How OEPs post job demands
After registration and verification, an OEP can post job demands through its dashboard on the portal. Job seekers browse those demands, and OEPs connect applicants with overseas employers. An applicant who receives an offer letter can then apply for the loan as a job holder.

Advice for applicants dealing with an OEP
If an agent asks you for money beyond approved charges, or cannot show a BEOE licence, do not proceed. Check the agency against the BEOE list, keep copies of everything you submit and use the job seeker guide offer check before accepting any job.
